  Hey,

  This message could mean that your license key is used on multiple domains. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest.

  If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard).

  After that, get into the license manager once more. If the license key is still claimed - deregister it. If it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard) and try to update your theme/plugins a couple of times (usually, it passes after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.

  But I can't use your license key manager, I always have the same error : The purchase code has not been used to register Betheme or the username does not match the purchase code.

  (I tried with the different licenses I bought )

  I d'ont know why ? I put the code on my txt file license and the name.

  And you right, for this particular site;  I first installed a development version on a sub-domain.

  But I removed the license when installing the final version of the site.

  Hi,

  I checked that I had remove the license code on the subdomain (the dev website).

  On the real domain I removed the license and put it again. I was able to connect to your license checker and saw that the domain was activated.

  I couldn't check before the registered domains thinking that the username was the one associated with the licenses, but in fact it's the one for the themeforest account! : You should specify that for the Envato username ;-)

  
  

  After that the upgrade could perform well.
