Adding icons

Is it possible to add icons to text like in this video and also have a responsive layout for my link?

I looked at the Zoom Box element but didn't see how to add the little arrow icon next to the link text like on this:
Can you see those little arrows next the text that are always on display? Let me know how do add those. Thanks!
