can not be updated

Hello

We just try to click the slider resolution update in the admin panel, but, it doesn't work, and also, make the old version deactived. Please help.

    Before sending login credentials, please answer two questions.

    What version of SR do you have installed now?

    Did you try reinstalling this plugin completely?

    If you have a version older than 6.14, I suggest keeping an older version because their last update has a bug that might prevent sliders from displaying on your website, and they told us that it will be fixed in the next update.

  • We don't pay attention the original version when we finished betheme installation. After we install the betheme, we saw SR allowed to be updated, then, we clicked it. Next, just like now, it doesn't work at all. Current version showed Version 6.6.9.

    We didn't try reinstalling this plugin at all.

  • At the moment, I suggest keeping this version before SR release newer than 6.14 to prevent potential issue with displaying sliders.

    When they release a new version, deinstall SR, and install it again through Betheme -> Plugins.

  • The problem is the SR can not be active now, and it doesn't work at all.

    The above is the SR, and either delete it or updated. But, when click "update required", and it doesn't work!!!

  • When we try to active, the message shows "No plugins are available to be activated at this time."

  • I can see that you have an old version of Betheme. Please update it first, and reinstall the SR then.

    If this will not help, please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.

  • You said that you could not update Slider Revolution and did not mention the Betheme.

    While trying to update Betheme, I see this message:

    This message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest.

    If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard).

    After that, get into the license manager once more. If the license key is still claimed - deregister it. If it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard) and try to update your theme a couple of times (usually, it passes after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.

  • Thank you for reminding us. Initially, we registered it under temp domain. We just changed the primary domain under the formal domain, and forgot to register it again.

    We did, and update the theme & SR. It works. Currently, SR is version 6.6.14 after updating. Seems like it can not be roll back to old version.

    Could you help check whether the new version 6.6.14 of SR works fine or not? Thanks.
