Woocommerce Analytics import historical data

Hi,

I don’t see the statistical data because the data import phase always remains in “initialization”. I tried disabling all plugins and switching themes but that didn’t work.

What could be the problem?

    To which theme did you switch?

    Hi,

    I tried to put the default theme of Wordpress Twenty Thirteen but the problem remains.

    I tried to write on their forum but I have not received a reply, I have tried to do all the steps proposed in other topics but without results.

    If it also happens with a different theme, then it means that the problem is directly related to WooCommerce. It is not our plugin, so unfortunately I cannot help you with that.

    I suggest keep trying to contact WooCommerce support.
