Yes, it's true but if there is even one mistake in the code, some things may work different in different browsers. We see that you fixed them and logo still does not work. So we checked this once again and we noticed that this issue is related with your custom css and it's completely not related with theme. Below css should do the trick but if this still won't work as you want, then you must speak with developer who did this custom css for you because this is the reason of your problems.
