Using sidebar menu template issue

We have created beautifull sidebar menu template in BeBuilder, but when we publish, this sidebar looks awful, has no propper styles. What we do wrong?

    I received access to your website. Can you tell me where do you want to assign this template?

    Should it be always visible or opened with a hamburger menu?

    Can you explain that in more detail, please?

    As a sidebar, always visible.

    The sidebar menu template from the templates tab is a different feature than the sidebars from Appearance -> Widgets.

    The Sidebar menu template can be assigned to the hamburger menu in the header template or can be set to be always visible on the entire website. It cannot be displayed on a particular page as you want.

    The Sidebar made with widgets can be used this way (as you currently assigned it), but it needs to be styled.
