Issue with Product Loading Interface While Following WooCommerce Attribute Swatches Guide

I am currently facing an issue with the product loading interface on my website. I am trying to add color attributes to my products by following the guide provided on your documentation site: How to Use WooCommerce Attribute Swatches.
However, the product loading screen I see on my backend appears to be completely different from the one illustrated in the tutorial. I've attached screenshots to better explain the discrepancy.
Could you please assist me in understanding what might be going wrong? It's critical for me to be able to add these attributes correctly for my product listings.
Any guidance on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Max,
the video was made a year ago but WooCommerce change appearance and style of some functionality recently. Options are the same so all you have to do is follow the steps provided by WooCommerce when adding product.

I understand that WooCommerce has updated their graphical layout, but the core functionality as described in the guide should still be applicable. However, I'm encountering some specific challenges that are hindering me from implementing the feature successfully.
Firstly, I am unable to find the option to create a 'Variable Product,' or what you might refer to as a multiple product, within the new WooCommerce layout. Could you guide me through the new steps?
Secondly, when I try to add attributes to any product directly, these attributes don't appear on the product's page on the website.
Is there a particular setting or additional step that I'm missing here? Your guidance would be greatly appreciated as this is an important functionality for my online store.
