My email does not belong to this user anymore

Hello,
I need to change my email in the forum. The actual email does belong to another user now that cannot sign up here because the email is already in use with this user but it's not true anymore.
I would like to change my email to a new one but I cannot find the option to update my profile in the forum.
How could I proceed to get this done?
