It looks like you have an error with editing the header. The header changed by itself even though I did not edit it, the error appeared by itself. Only when I inserted the pre-built header and deleted it did my old header look the way it should.

Sorry, somehow, we missed your message.
Nothing changes by itself. Maybe you made other changes that affected the header, or some plugin or cache caused it.
If this happens again, try to memorize the steps you did, and let us know how to reproduce that.
