These icons can be changed with a custom CSS code, but only to ones from the following page:
https://muffingroup.com/betheme/elements/icons/
If you want to change them to any other, you must modify files with which we do not provide help.

Thank you, where can I find the default list written like : "\f021" (for example) ?
There is no one, but you can check that by inspecting the page with browser developer tools.
