The Header is not loading with menu and display in separate line from the menu

Website https://www.digipixinc.com/
I need help for digipixinc.com site with the header.
Our header is combined with the menu and when website is load FIRST TIME on the browser following few things happen
Header does not appear, only menu does
Menu loads Logo Dont
Header and Menu both don't load until Mouse move or scroll
Header (logo) is not showing on Google website speed test
Header+Menu have delay in loading when loading website
Sample video, kindly check the video of first time site opening on new browser
Kindly provide a good solution to this problem.
We love our Mega menu and header but it is not uploading on the home and other pages smoothly.

Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent and recheck it.

The site is live, we already turn off Permatters to see how it goes.
This is the full Custom website and if we change it to the Parent theme then the entire site goes out of shape.
Any other solution to tackle this issue?
Unless you won't switch to parent theme, you won't know if the issue you've faced with has something to with the child theme. But it's important to check it.

But Why the Parent theme is important? The entire site is good.
In my opinion, the Header, Mega Menu and Menu are working independently. Regardless of parent or child theme.
Is there a way to test the Header or Mega Menu function ONLY?
This header problem is there for the time of our site digipixinc.com and it never went away. But due to deployment of Mega menu it becomes essential that it loads effectively.

It is important to check if child theme functions does not overwrite parent theme functions. That's why it is so important. I saw many things i couldn't understand in life and those changes being made in child theme are one of them.

I hear you what you are saying and have another detailed meeting with the developer.
We can try the Parent option in the staging theme but please do check the following video and see yourself. In same store, within 5 minutes of recording, different PC, different browsers and different OS, the site header is behaving differently.
This is really ODD and Unusual behaviour.

We are willing to work with BeTheme (Muffin Builder) developers to rectify this issue.
We LOVE BeTheme and achieved 100% results on Google website speed test but the header issue is putting our speed down.
The above video clearly shows the problem and it is related to header ONLY.

Before we start investigating this, I need you to disable all cache on your website to check the root cause efficiently.
Anyway, with three levels of cache, it all might be caused because of it.
