Header Builder - scroll

Hi I have an issue with a header I built using the bebuilder header builder. What is the setting that ii need for on scroll to put a semi transparent background behind it so it is visible? See screenshots. Its fine when on top of the slider but not over the body content

Edit the Header Builder template, open the section options, and set the background color on scroll.
