Copy a website
Hi,
I have been given the job to copy a website (yes, it's the same owner in both "ends").
The problem is, that my customer don't have admin access in the WordPress, and the administrator seems to be long gone, we have not managet to get in touch over the past 8 months.
I can not access to export anything, nor the database or files – nothing!
I have identified the Betheme as the main theme, and I have set up a new temporary site with a new licence for Betheme.
So to the problem;
How on earth can I find what kind of "themplate" to use – that is the same as the old version? I have looked in the source code of the old site, but I can not determine anything.
I will be very happy for all help to find out what to do here.

Hi,
If some media from the pre-built website are still in use on the existing website, you can determine which demo was used.
For demo images, we always give names with the demo as titles.
If you send a link to that website, I can help you check that.
Best regards
Thanks! The old site: [removed by moderator] (please remove when read, so it is not public)
The media folder in the old version give this, and it seems it called something like "media" ?
The CSS files gives this:
It seems that the pre-built website used is the following: https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/media/.
However, as I can see, you can access the WP dashboard. In that case, you can use the Duplicator plugin to do a migration.

We used it many times and never had problems with this plugin.

Thanks, I will try to set it up.
I can not install plugins, all we have is a user level with just access to content, so I can not install any plugins. The whole situation is just a mess :(
Is it this one?
No, it is the one I have sent a link to in my previous message.
Best regards
