incompatibility problem with a plugin
Hello,
we have encountered an incompatibility problem with a plugin. From the plugin's support we have been told that the problem is related to the theme. There seems to be a JS or option on the backend that does not allow us to change the attribute type on the product in woocommerce. We are using the Ajax Produzionect Filter plugin from Yith.
We also have a development environment where we can test the problem. We have tried disabling all plugins but the problem persists. If we change the theme instead the plugin works again.
Can you please verify?
We can provide you with all the necessary staging access data to do the testing.

Sorry, but we did not test this plugin with the theme. Our policy states that we do not support third-party plugins or custom code, so we cannot help you.
Also, we cannot recommend any plugins other than the ones we support. You can find the list on this page:

The only thing I can suggest to check is to disable the AJAX option in the WooCommerce settings.

How do I change the mobile menu if I have the header builder activated?
If you use Header Builder, you can put Burger Menu on mobile and assign custom menu for that mobile menu.
