Hide add to cart element with certain tab selected

Hi,

Please see the screenshots - I am trying to achieve a look on the single product page where the customer could select to order straight away in the store or send a query about the product. In the last variant, the product attributes, quantity and Add to Cart (or currently Customize) buttons should be hidden, not pushed down under the tab content.

Any idea how to implement this or perhaps I could somehow call the "Add to cart" element only within the certain first tab itself?
