Laptop breakpoint

Hi,

all my clients' sites where I use betheme have the content of their pages which are duplicated at the "laptop breakpoint" level. I'm sharing with you some images and links to sites where you just need to put yourself in laptop breakpoint to see the problem. This appear on all pages..

    Try the following: open these sections options check and uncheck the laptop view.

  • This is clearly a bug,

    My sections are by default hidden in this resolution, I show you a screenshot of the responsive parameters of one of my sections which is displayed twice, you see that the laptop is not selected by default. I have to activate and deactivate it so that it hides well. If I only had to do one page it wouldn't be a problem, but I have lots of websites running with betheme, all of them have this problem and I'm going to have to redo all the pages..


    Could you fix the problem in a theme update?

  • Unfortunately, I need to ask you for one more thing, which is access to the database.

    For safety reasons, we wanted to create a backup of your website with the Duplicator plugin but it does not work on your website, sadly.

    With about 50 plugins you have, we are afraid that something might go not as we expect.

    Or maybe if you have backups already created just in case, we can proceed on the live website without creating a backup.

    I understand and I trust you.

    I am sending you access to the database by private message.

    I just made a backup of the database and I can recover the entire site if necessary, but try not to crash it please.

    I have a question, will there be a theme update with a fix for this problem so that I can do it on my other sites as well?

  • Everything seems to work properly.

    In Betheme -> Tools, you can find an option we added that corrects that.

    It will be also available in the upcoming update, as we confirmed that it works as it should.
