  Hello,

  Does it happen only on one particular page? Please check if all HTML tags are placed and closed properly on that page.

  Also please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

  Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

  i have checked and it seems that there are no tags with errors and also all plugin have been disabled but the error still persists.

  For some reason, you set up z-index to this section to -1:

  

  That is why you cannot access the section through the preview.

  I did not want to change it because maybe you need this section to have a negative z-index.

  You can edit this section and its elements by choosing it in the layer navigator:
