How can I adjust the placement to the bottom left on mobile?

    Try the following CSS code:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px){
 html .woocommerce .product .onsale-label{
   bottom: 15px!important;
   right: 15px!important;
   left: unset!important;
   top: unset!important;
 }
}

    Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.
