I turned off all the plugins and re-activated them , still the same problem
I meant to check it with plugins disabled. Did you do that, or activate them immediately after turning them down?
The server settings seem to be fine.

It worked when I disabled the plugins , but when I re-activated them . the problem comes back .
It means one of the plugins is the root cause.
