Duplicate Headers on Laptop View

Hi, both the desktop and the mobile versions of the header/footer display at the same time when in Laptop View. All elements of the mobile header/footer have been set to be hidden on Laptop View using the Responsive options. The mobile header/footer still shows - please advise.
