Builder version issue.
Dear ThemeForest Support,
I am writing to report an issue with the latest update for the BeTheme theme. I purchased the theme and have been using it without any problems until now.
my theme purchase code : [removed by moderator]
After updating to the latest version , I am experiencing the following issues:
1. all the pages desgin messed up.
2. muffin builder was removed.
3. there so many design messed up i get after an update to latest theme.
I have tried troubleshooting the issues myself by checking the theme documentation and forums, but I have not been able to resolve them.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and provide me with a solution as soon as possible. I am relying on my website for my business, and these issues are causing me a significant amount of inconvenience.

To clarify, you are reaching Betheme support, not ThemeForest 😉.
Also, please do not share your license key on the forum, as others can see it.
1) Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please ensure the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.
It is always a good idea to attach a screenshot showing your issue.
2) The Muffin Builder was not removed. It only changed the name to BeBuilder.
3) As I mentioned in point 1, I need a link to your website and screenshots showing what is wrong.
Anyway, what you can try in the meantime is to disable all of the plugins to see if none of them cause these issues; switch from child theme to parent (if you use child theme); check if it is not related to custom CSS/JS you have on your website.

i have version 21.0.6 installed. so i try Update to 27.2.11. so all design i created by muffin builder has been changed. and messed up. THE ISSUE SITE URL : https://update.animalsbodymindspirit.com
if you compare both url you will find so much error still i will share you some screen shots. I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and provide me with a solution as soon as possible.
