Menu icons not showed

Hi. I have menu icons set, but i can't see them on website. There is no cache issue. There is no COSR. Only issue i have is: Uncaught TypeError: $(...).waypoint is not a function at scripts.js

I still cant get the point, why i have soesaunatalu link in my console with that website....
