No, all that you showed on the screenshot are widgets.
First is the Product Categories widget (under the Categories label), and second is BeShop Attributes (under Filter by label).
Wdiget BeShop Attributes (colors) are visible by default as regular checkboxes. So how do I turn the checkboxes into colored squares with a tooltip?
If your attributes are set to color type, then they will display this way.
You need to create custom swatches just like in the video tutorial I have sent in the first message, and they will display this way with the BeShop Attributes widget.
