How make image full width of page

I am not sure what to use to make an image the full width of the page. Right now I have it inserted as an image but it not going the full width. Do I make it full width by inserting an image or is there a better way to do this?

Hi,

Add an image to a section with the Full Width option enabled and an image with the Stretch option set to Yes.
