Hi,

do you mean to have square photos instead of rectangle as you have right now? If yes, you have enable the option below in MEDIA to crop thumbs.

After that, you have to go to Betheme > Tools > Regenerate Thumbnails to regenerate thumbs.

Regarding the title, if you want to display titles for posts, you have to set DEFAULT option for Sticky Arrows.
