Backup Import From File - NOT WORKING

Hi There,

I am currently working on a web site https://www.vcpropertyact.com.au/.

I have exported the options file from / Backup & Reset from a very similar site www.irvinggproerty.com.au.

When I try to install these options to https://www.vcpropertyact.com.au/ the colours / font setting etc are not importing.

Can I please get some help with this.

Hi,

Please ensure that you copied everything from the Export tab.

Content from there should start and end with ###.

I imported the options from an exported file to a new site and non of the option / styling imported. I also had the "###" at the start and end of the imported script.

Is version of Betheme the same in both cases? If not, please update Betheme to its latest version on both and them try to do the same operation. Otherwise, please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact.

We just checked it and found the reason why it doesn't work.

You have used replace for string and you simply broke it. We attach the screenshot below as proof. As you can see, string has 84 characters while your "replaced" code says 83.

Sorry you have lost me, not sure what this even means. Did you receive the theme option txt i email through?

I mean that you have used tool/function/whatever for content replacement and due to that fact, you have destroyed whole string. Like shown you above, whenever string in reality has 84 characters, it's marked as 83 due to your content replacement.

You have to export settings untouched by any replace tool because this already broke the code you sent us.
