There is 1 page corrupt, when I want to edit it I see this kind of strange formatting

If I build a new page and put it next to it, with yet another permalink. That new page works and I can edit it fine with the builder. However, when I change this permalink back to that of the old page, the problem occurs again.

At first I thought something about caching (wprocket) or redirects that I use. But the strange thing is that the bebuilder is used on a back-end URL. Do you have an idea where I should look?

Hi,

this looks like something destroy the BeBuilder. The most common reasons are:

1) Using html tags and not opening/closing them properly.

2) 3rd party plugins

3) Caching (on wp side, server, Cloudflare, etc.)

Please check all above.

I understand what you're saying. I have moved the environment to a test environment. Disabled all plugins there. Incl. WP Rocket. Created the page from scratch, on a new permalink BeBuilder works fine, as soon as I change the page back to the previous permalink. Immediately another problem that now even BeBuilder does not start. Very special. Would you like to take a look at the test environment? If so, what do you need?

I have emailed you the access details. This is a test environment, so if you want you can, for example, install an extra plug-in if necessary.

I see that you have successfully logged in and that you have already disabled all plug-ins (and then enabled them again). Any idea how it happens?

AS explained in private message, seems like the problem is with 3rd party plugins. After disabling them, everything works fine.

Thank you for your personal message via email. What you say is indeed correct when I clear my browser cache. And I'm out of all plug-ins. Then the problem is not there. And I can use bebuilder properly, even on the 'old' original URL. For now I know enough and I will continue searching. Thank you and greetings.

Still one question. I see in the logging that this URL is called when opening BeBuilder:

I'm concerned with this piece: ?visual=iframe/

Is that part of your software or should I look for something else that uses this?

I found out, I use redirects and I accidentally used the same one twice. That didn't work well. Removed the duplicate and now everything works fine again.

I just wanted to let you know this. Still, thanks for the advice and getting me looking in the right direction. 3rd party software.
