The product description section is broken

The entire product description section on the site is broken, and despite repeated editing, it does not save and returns to its original state.

Even though I have hidden the WordPress description, it appears and the hide and show option is no longer there.

I found the problem, I unknowingly selected a different option in the settings.

But my other problem persists and the changes I made are still lost.
