Please go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Responsive -> Header, and adjust this value for mobile display. Currently, you have 610px set for the desktop, and this value is taken from there.

It looks like you have some minifying plugin, so I assume you also have a caching plugin. Did you try clearing the cache and disabling the minifying plugin? If not, please do that and recheck if the problem persists.
