Why is it that when I'm working in Responsive Mode it looks like this but when I open it on my actual mobile, It's another kind.

Try the following CSS code:

@media only screen and (max-width: 1090px){
 .content_slider .slider_pager .slick-dots li a{
   margin: 0 5px!important;
 }
}

Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.

BeBuilder preview has one width, and there are many different widths of mobiles, so the display may differ depending on how much space the content has.
