The Theme keeps breaking after making edits in the Muffin Builder. Then there's no way of fixing.

I have a few issues. I have purchased your theme about 5 times now and I’m planning on purchasing an extended license if I can resolve the following:

When making edits to Be_Moving on the Muffin Builder, if I put in and code that the builder doesn’t like, it distorts the whole front page (see screenshot:http://s24.postimg.org/66omjjn0l/example.jpg) and I’m only editing the top column next to the slider. If I put the code back to what is was before I made the edit, it doesn’t fix anything and I’ve done a fresh install 3 times to make sure that the theme and Wordpress are installing properly. I have clients that might make mistakes when editing their sites. I don’t want them coming to me every time something breaks. I haven’t been able to test the other layouts much, so my questions are, does this happen in all of the Demos or is it just a glitch with this Demo? Is there a way to prevent this? Did the installation just go wrong some how? Is there a problem with Muffin Builder?

I really want to rely on your theme for building site from now on because I love your themes and so do my clients. I build about 30 sites a month, so I really need to get to the bottom of this before I commit to your theme completely. My livelihood is dependent on this.
