Now everything is fine.

The problem was this:

I had Portfolios disabled.

Now I decided to make a separate section on the site, Video about my programs.

To do this, I connected a portfolio (via theme settings)

But the Portfolio did not appear on the site. Error 404.

That is, I can create a portfolio, but I can’t find this page on the site.

How to fix: I activated and deactivated the button in the /wp-admin/options-writing.php section

Portfolio Projects.

And now everything works well.
