Add text next to social icons in action bar

Is it possible to add some text (with CSS probably) infront of the social icons in the action bar?

I just want to add ''Follow us on:''

Trying to avoid creating a custom header/actionbar.

    Try the following CSS code:

    #Action_bar ul .linkedin:before{
 display: inline-block;
 content: "Follow us on:";
 color: #fff;
 margin-right: 5px;
}

    Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.
