Text heading is always behind the main menu

Hi,

When I click on the menu items on the right, the content is always displayed with the heading on the orange background at the top behind the main menu. How do I get the area a little deeper?

Hi,

Instead of assigning ID to the heading, assign it to the section where it is placed.
