Shop cart d'ont show correct price in header

I have a problem with the correct display of the shopping cart in the header, it does not display the discounted price (it does not display the total of the shopping cart without shipping, but the subtotal) I want the discounted price to be displayed in the shopping cart in the header. On another site with the same plugin but with a different theme, the price is displayed correctly.
The site is in Romanian language

The same problem was encountered by another person with the theme installed cleanly. It same appears in the shopping basket in the header, the price does not appear with discount
