WooCommerce order numbers

Hello,

I would like to have a sequence order number in my site https://cleaneco.it.

I read the documentation in WooCommerce and it seems to be easy to do but I cannot find where this option is. I mean I go to setting but in my site it is not appearing the option "order number format"

Could you help me to find this option?
