când sunt conectat ca administrator, meniul termeni și condiții apare în dreapta

Dar pe orice alt sistem, pentru orice alt utilizator, acest meniu nu apare

I solved it, I had made templates, and the terms and conditions page was a draft. I copied from the templates, and activated the page.
