It is a background image assigned to the select tag.

It can be modified with a custom CSS code, but you must upload your own arrow image to the media library.

I can help you with that, but I will need a link to the image you want to use instead of the current arrow.

You misunderstood me. This arrow is a background image assigned to the select HTML tag.

You must upload a color arrow image if you want to have this arrow.

Put the following CSS code in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.

It is an Intro Header. Open Post Options and change the style to Intro Header.
