Menu from Desktop on Mobile

Hello!

I want the same menu from my desktop version on my mobile version (automatically adjusted).

The issue is that my header template, where the menu options are located, is predefined in the theme I use. So I can't edit it manually.

Whenever I adjust my view to 'mobile', I only get the option to build a new header.

How can I link the desktop version to the mobile version?

  • Hi,

I do not want to misunderstand you.

Can you provide more detail what exactly you want to achieve, please?

    Thanks

  • Hi Phil!

    Let me clarify :)

The header for desktop is built via a template, so not via the betheme builder (manually).

I want to re-use that same menu and just slighty adjust it for mobile, but when I switch to mobile view, the header is non existent and it looks like I need to build it from scratch.

How can I use the same template from desktop on mobile? Not sure what settings I need to toggle.

The header is stored in this tmp file:

but on mobile it looks like this:

I don't want to create from scratch :)

    Hopefully this helps!

  • Please open the Header Options and Disable the Mobile header.

When you do that, the mobile version of your template will inherit its display from higher resolutions, but you will have to adjust the display.

    Best regards

  • That was exactly what I was looking for! Thanks Phil for the support!
