If you say, that this image is loading, you should have info where exactly this image is trying to be loaded. So if you know this, you should be able to sort it out.
Yes, we did it of course but if images are not loaded on site, then they do never load. So if you found it somewhere, it means you decided to load this image. If image does not exist, then shouldn't be loaded.
We don't think so because we do not see anything like that on our side. If you will show us on screenshot where you got this issue, we'll be able to check. Except image we need url to page where you got this error as well.
