  Hi,

  we are sorry to hear that you have noticed PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) error but this has nothing to with the theme itself. You get this error due to not having php7.0-cURL installed on you're server and that's why you need to contact with your admin/hosting provider to sort it out on server side.
