BeBuilder Template gets stuck on "Loading page Content"

The BeBuilder templates are getting stuck on "Loading page content". Everything is up to date and i have tried disabling all plugins. HELP!

    I am having the same issue after the last update, but my screen is getting stuck only on "Popup" templates, I have checked and verified that my Pages, Header and Footer are working fine when opening up with BeBuilder, it's only Popup which are getting stuck on the "Loading Page Content" screen.


    I have also sent the access via the said form.

    I will resend it.

    Can you please explain what is causing the issue? Is it something I can fix on my end?

    Going back and forth, waiting 24 hours for support isn't ideal during development. Please advise.

    Updating the theme resolved the issue.

    Thanks for the update, though the Popup is now opening with BeBuilder, but now there are two bugs:

    1. my already created popups have lost some values, which is weird because know I have to edit all of them and set the values.
    2. some options now have disappeared which was there before the update, now I have updated the theme once again after reading your reply but the padding option gets disappeared upon clicking the "laptop" or "tablet" icons, which was not the case earlier.

    You better fix this issue once and for all, figure out what went wrong with the 27.4 update, the 27.4.1 update didn't completely fix the issue yet.
