Missing checkbox

I've just noticed that a checkbox to agree to terms of service is missing from the checkout page.

Where can I set this within the page editor? I seem to be unable to change the page contents and fields in the editor. Also couldn't find this feature to add a checkbox to the checkout page in the BEtheme options. What am I overlooking?

BTW - I am still setting up the store.

Thanks - could add terms and conditions. However still no checkbox to tick on checkout page.

Also as can be seen below: I can not edit the settings under Appearance Woocommerce.

at the option Afrekenen (checkout) It says that I could edit this in the page (of active Betheme). But when I open the page in your Beedit editor, I can not add the checkmark either as it seems to be a fixed template. Do I need to have an extra plugin? Or did I perhaps oversee something in the Betheme options menu?

Please activate another theme like Twenty Twenty-Four and check if the same thing happens then.

Same issue, also temporarily deactived all plugins to see if the issue would be in there. But no. What could be wrong here? I do get the message in Woocommerce that some of your pages are outdated. Could it be in there?

I suggest you contact WooCommerce support regarding this matter if the same thing happens with another theme.

About the outdated file, please ensure that Betheme is up-to-date.

Might it be a Klarna / Mollie payment service integration thing?
