Some kind of line is displayed over my global section

Hi,

I made from cityhall my own website, but I have used the 4 blocks on the main page as a global section for my other pages. On the main page everything is fine, but on my other pages a fine lines is displayed over the global section, I dont know where it comes from, can someone have a check? On the main page it is ok..

Please go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Advanced, and uncheck the Shadows option.
