ACF Pro Fields not showing on Products
We ahve ACF Pro installed and while we have field groups configured, they are not showing on the products we have selected.
If we switch to 2023 it show son the products.

not really sure what fields you are looking to use with Betheme but at this moment, Betheme supports only basic fields only as explained in the following YT tutorial https://youtu.be/-bgOUieMNiA?si=wWbHRzGRR0ea3PiZ
We need to add the name for the front and back of a Jersey product so people can customize it before they add it to the cart.
All we want to do is add two fields (NAME ON FRONT and NAME ON BACK) to a product.
To be clear, we need the rules set to selected where the fields will show up (targeted to a specific product)

According to having different name of product in the backend and frontend, you have to create custom template for single product or custom php because in the cart or order you will see the woo name no matter what.

I have checked your webiste, and these fields are empty:
Moreover I did not notice if you added them to the product template.
I have added one of them in the template, and filled the field, and it shows on the product.
So everything works as it should, and how it is described in the video tutorial.

The issue is those fields are supposed to be DISPLAYED empty and gather information from the customer.
We have changed to a different plugin for this and now you can see the CSS issue..
The fields are not presenting properly and are not allowing users to enter data.
It will not work. We support only simple fields. Please see the following link:

We are not using ACF any more...and all we want to get from our customers is simple text.
What do they want on the front of the product.
What do they want on the back of the product.
This shouldn't be this hard LOL

We have another plugin, and its still not showing fields on the product. They show up for a fraction of a second then disappears.
We have had issues before where the theme is blocking things form showing on the product page.
This is the new plugin we are using: Flexible Product Fields
This is a simply CSS issue. See the screen capture
We just need the new fields to not be mashed into the same box as the Quantity and Buy Now Button

Where did you find that menu I can'tt see it on our store and you are not showing a sidebar.

It is a Theme option -> Shop -> Single product. The sidebar is there, but as this setting is at the very bottom, the menu on the left is not visible.
