Font transforms being ignored in builder

The transform settings for headings and column texts and most of the builder elements is not rendering even though the values are saving. Re-setting their values makes them render again, but this is not only effecting the builder but the front-end results. Also noticing a lot of issues with other settings staying like responsive paddings. Removing sections and rebuilding them doesn't fix anything.

Using latest (at the time) version 27.4.1.
