Change cart layout

Sorry if I missed the explanation, but is it possible to change the cart layout?

For example to get upselling products shown at a different location on the cart page. And how can you do that?

    No, there is no option to change that.

    We are working on the Cart and Checkout Builder, but it is still in development and I cannot tell estimated time when it will be out.
