Use the following CSS code:

.testimonials_slider .slick-slide .hr_dots span{
 margin: 0;
 border-radius: 0;
 width: 20px;
 height: 3px;
}

Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.
