1) Divider element is on your website but you did not assign any settings to it. Red color in BeBuilder is only for visibility, so it is easier to locate this element and edit it.

As it name, it list all products customer just viewed? I see it in some website, maybe it a woocomerce section?
We do not have such a feature.
I think that could be resolved by using a WooCommerce plugin. I suggest searching on the official Woo website:
