Single Product page review tab problem

I got emails from customers who tell me that the reply link/leave review is not working for them. For example this link:

If reloads/ goes directly to top of the page few seconds after it is opened.

both chrome and and on chrome incognito – id directly goes to the top of the page. On mobile it is the same.


Do you have any idea what might be causing this issue - People cannot leave reviews.

    Hello,

    Please turn off all of the plugins (except basic WooCommerce), refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent and recheck it.

    Anyway, I was able to leave a review on the link you have sent.
